If
the
wood
fire
is
to
be
installed
on
top
of
a
combustible
floor,
it
must
be
guarded
by
a
heat
resistant
material
as
shown
on
the
dotted
line
area
of
the
above
figures.

the
floor
protector
forms
an
abutment
with
a
wall
or
heat
shield
at
a
lesser
distance.
