9.2 Repairs by the manufacturer
Return policy and conditions
Please understand that we only accept repair orders for system components
that are in non-hazardous condition.
The following requirements must be met for us to receive a repair order:
n Return form:
Request from phone (+49) 8662 61-0 / fax (+49) 8662 61-258
Fill out completely and correctly
Send in advance by fax to: (+49) 8662 61-258
n System components:
Free of contaminants and chemical residues.
Always flush hydraulic systems with water.
Pack in plastic inside the carton to prevent leakage of rinse water.
n Carton Packaging:
Addressed to Ecolab-Reparatur Service.
