•
Do not
overheat the device.
•
Do not
touch the furnace when the fire is burning, also make sure that the fire is protected from access of
children.
•
Do not modify air inlets in any manner.
•
Do not
disassembly the combustion chamber
•
Do not
burn waste made of plastics, rubber and other fat products that contribute to atmospheric pollution and
increase the risk of ignition of the chimney duct in the device.
•
Do not
burn at completely opened ash box, since the fireplace reaches excessive temperatures that may cause
deformation or cracking of cast iron elements.
•
Never
fully fill the wood niche to avoid blocking air supply to the heating chamber of the device.
•
Also,
do not
place combustible items in there, such as paper, matchboxes etc.
•
Do not
light a fire too close to the glass.
•
Do not
use the device if the glass is cracked.
•
Do not
use combustible liquids, fat or other unmatched preparations that facilitate ignition.
Loading wood
Place the wood on the grate by covering its surface with it (it is allowed to put billets one on another). Do not distribute
wood over the entire surface of the fireplace, since it may hinder combustion of an entire insert within time provided for
this.
Before adding wood, always set the flue gas damper of the fireplace insert to an open position (see
fig. 5
or
fig. 6
),
wait
approx. 1 min and only then open the door that closes the fireplace. Do not open the door too abruptly, at first open
them slightly, wait several seconds, and then open them fully. This procedure protects against emission of flue gases to
the room in which the device is installed.
11. Regulation of adjustment and control device of the fireplace insert
Fireplace inserts produced by our company, depending on the model, are equipped with the following adjustment
devices and control elements corresponding to them:
•
primary air supply located in the front wall of the ash box (adjustment is done by sliding the handle of the
shutter: to the left or right depending on the model of an insert).
(fig. 1)
•
additional primary air supply located at the sides of the front wall of the ash box (adjustment is done by sliding
the shutter’s handle). Turning the know to the horizontal position locks the shutter.
(fig. 2)
•
applies to inserts with clean glass system (fig. 3)
secondary air supply to the glass – the adjustment handle is located above the door of the combustion chamber
(the adjustment is done by sliding the screen’s handle: full move to the right – screen closed, full move to the left
– shutter opened).
•
applies to inserts with exhaust afterburning system (fig. 4)
secondary air supply – the adjustment handle located under the combustion chamber doors (adjustment is
done by ejecting the handle of the screen: a) handle ejected – intake fully opened, b) handle pressed – intake
closed).
•
selected models of the device are equipped with a damper, and the damper adjustment handle, depending on
the model, is located above the doors on the right or left side.
