Keep oxygen system and cord away from hot surfaces.

DO NOT
use the oxygen system if it has a damaged cord or plug; contact your
dealer/provider.
■
Your oxygen system should be located in a well-ventilated area to allow for
adequate air intake and to avoid the intake of airborne pollutants and fumes.
■
ONLY
use this device with accessories designed or recommended by SeQual
Technologies Inc.

If your oxygen system has been dropped, damaged or exposed to water, contact
your dealer/provider for examination or repair.
■
DO NOT
drop or insert any object into any opening.
■
DO NOT
block the air inlet or the exhaust vent of the ECLIPSE when it is on
a soft surface, such as a bed or couch or car seat.
■
DO NOT
cover unit with a blanket, towel, quilt, etc.
■
DO NOT
overfill the humidifier, if used. Fill with water only to the level shown
by the manufacturer.
■
When using ECLIPSE in a vehicle, make sure it is properly secured or restrained.
