1. Connect air hose to (customer supplied) compressor. Treated (clean, cool, dry) air is
required to operate the ECO-100 properly. If compressor does not have an air-drying system
built-in, connect an
ECO-Aire Air Drying System (sold separately).
2. Connect air hose and blast hose. Always make sure to use safety cables and safety clips
when making these connections
3. Connect the red, black, and semi-clear blue poly lines at the coupler-side of the blast hose to
the connections (unions) next to the abrasive flow valve. Make these connection color-to-
color.
Black and Red poly lines
: For pneumatic control handle and control all pneumatic
systems inside control panel.
Semi-clear blue poly line
: Carries water up the side of blast to the Vapor-Flex nozzle.
4. Connect garden hose, with house pressure water flow, to ¾” garden hose connection, if
water is required for cleaning or blasting process (dustless/vapor blasting). If worksite does
not have running water or a rust inhibitor needs be added into the water, then connect
siphon tube to siphon connection. Siphon tube can be used with a 5-gallon bucket of water,
or a gravity fed water tank (sold separately).
