BLASTING 

 

 

WARNING

: The Blast Hose may kick back when Remote Control Handle is activated. Be 

prepared and brace yourself for kick back. Blast Hoses will normally kick back 
erratically for a short time when the Abrasive Blaster is started. 

 
 

WARNING

: Never point the blast nozzle at yourself, other people, or the Abrasive  

                     Blaster

. 

 

 

Adding Abrasive 

Before filling the Abrasive Blaster, make sure the 

pressure control button

 is deactivated (pushed 

in) and the pressure vessel is in a depressurized state. Abrasive is added by pouring it into the 
top of the Abrasive Blaster where it can flow around the Pop-up and into the pressure vessel. 

Only fill vessel with one bag of media at a time.

  

Do not overfill the Abrasive Blaster.

 Do not 

allow foreign materials to enter the Abrasive Blaster. It is recommended that a screen (provided) 
be used to prevent foreign objects from entering the Abrasive Blaster.
