This is a diagnostic charger. The charger LED will illuminate to
communicate the current battery status. LED representations are as follows:
Solid Red Light:
1.
Remove battery from charger. Assure battery is within appropriate
temperature range (see table).
2.
When battery is within appropriate temperature range, insert battery
into charger. If LED remains solid red, battery is being slowly charged
because of low voltage condition. Allow battery to continue charging.
Blinking Red Light:
1.
Remove battery from charger for one minute.
Battery Status / Condition
LED Appearance
Battery is Charging.
Battery is fully charged.
Battery is outside charging temperature range (either
too high or too low), OR is being slowly charged
because of low voltage condition. (See below.)
Battery might be defective. (See below.)
