There is no water visible
during washing in the
drum.
It is not a malfunction. The water is in
the bottom part of the drum.
There is detergent residue
on the laundry.
Undissolved residue of detergent may
appear as white dots on the clothing.
Rinse the laundry once more with the
"Rinse" program or, after drying, clean the
dots from clothing with a brush.
There are gray spots on
the laundry.
These stains may be caused by oil,
cream or ointment.
The next time you wash, use the maximum
amount of detergent recommended by the
detergent manufacturer.
The spin did not start or
started belatedly.
It is not a malfunction. The control
system of even distribution of laundry
was activated.
The control system tries to achieve a more
even distribution of laundry. The spin starts
after rearranging the laundry. The next time
you wash, load the laundry evenly.
The drum door cannot be
opened.
Wash program is running.
Wait until the program ends or stop the
program.
A garment was caught between the
door and the seal.
Release the caught garment.

The drum door is open.
Close the drum door. If the error still
remains on the display, disconnect the
appliance from the outlet and contact
a service center.
E02
The water pressure or water level inside
the washing machine is too low.
Make sure the main water inlet and water
inlet in the washing machine are open.
If the problem persists, the washing
machine switches off in a little while
automatically. Contact service centre.
E03
Clogged pump fi lter or pump power
failure.
Clean the pump fi lter. If the problem
persists, contact service centre. (*)
E04
There is too much water in the washing
machine.
The water will be drained automatically
from the washing machine. If this does
not happen, unplug the appliance and
contact a service center.
