Many people noEce that the sensor reads too low in the first 24 hours.  As you will 

see in this example, many of the episodes which seems like hypos on the Libre are 

not actually hypos on finger-prick tesEng.  Some people insert a new sensor and 
leave it in place for 24hrs before acEvaEng it 

 this seems to help.
