5.1.16 Print

The Print command prints worksheet information from the workbook. The options that
appear on the Print dialog box will depend on the type of printer and the installed printer
driver.

To print a worksheet:

1) Select the

Print

command from the

File

menu and standard Windows or driver-

dependent print dialog box appears.

2) Select desired print options.

3) Click the

OK

command button to close the Print dialog box and initiate printing

the current worksheet.

4) Click the

Cancel

command button to close the print window without printing.

The Print command can be accessed on all worksheet Toolbars This command can
also be used by pressing

CTRL + P

.
