Terminal
Connection description
GND
Ground of the device, common terminal for inputs and
outputs.
+12V
Positive supply terminal 12-14V DC.
PWR
Input for monitoring the presence of AC power. It works only
with dedicated power supply LX-ZAS.
BTT
Input for monitoring the presence of battery attached to the
power supply unit. It works only with dedicated power supply
LX-ZAS.
IN1, IN2
Inputs allow the connection of additional detectors or control
panel outputs (eg. testing of outputs).
TMP
Sabotage switch.
OUT1, OUT2
OUT3
OC type outputs. It may control external devices or for
connecting to the control panel zones (eg. as feedback during
the testing of the system). Provides ground during activation.
RING - TIP
Terminals for an PSTN telephone line
T1 – R1
To the phone communicator of control panel.
T2 – R2
For connecting a telephone (eg. during transmission test.
NOTES:
It is recommended that connecting cables to these terminals were not
longer that 3m.
OUT1, OUT2, OUT3 outputs can load up to 100mA. Don’t short this output
to power supply because it can cause permanent damage of output.
Don’t connect power supply when GSM antenna isn’t connected, because it
can cause permanent damage of GSM/GPRS modem.
After careful connections examination a battery may be connected (to +AKU
and GND terminals) and then power may be switched on for transformer and
programming procedure of transmitter may begin (See chapter 6).
3.2.
