THE CONTROLS
POWER SUPPLY INPUT*
Use a power supply that provides
stabilized 9-12V DC with a
standard 2.1mm contact, center
negative, such as the EBS-AD9+
Power Supply.
DRIVE
Controls the input
Gain/Drive level.
TONE
Shape the tone range
of the effect from
darker to brighter.
VOLUME
Sets the output
volume of the pedal.
Notice that higher
Drive level increases
the overall output as
well.
TYPE
Set tone character to THIN,
NORMAL or DEEP. The deep
position compensates for low
frequency loss.
INPUT
Connect your
instrument, or the
previous device in
your signal path, to
the input jack.
OUTPUT
Connect the output
to your amp, or the
next device in your
signal path.
ON/OFF SWITCH
Relay type footswitch
to switch the pedal on
and off.
* Black Haze can run on a 9V DC battery as well. Remove the bottom plate to attach a battery.
