Bedienung
3.1
Thermometer einschalten
Schalten Sie das Thermometer ein. Drük-
ken Sie dazu die Taste »ON/OFF« min-
destens eine Sekunde lang.
Das Gerät führt einen Systemtest durch,
wobei alle Segmente in der Anzeige
sichtbar sind.
Danach wird der Messkanal getestet. Im
Display wird » 38.8 « angezeigt.
Anschließend erscheint der erste Mess-
wert in °C.
Wird im Display eine Fehlermeldung
angezeigt, beachten Sie Kapitel 4 „Was
tun, wenn?“, Seite 10.
3.2
Temperaturmessung
Das Thermometer schaltet sich nach
zwei Betriebsstunden automatisch
aus, um die eingebaute Batterie zu
schonen.
Schwenken Sie die Fühlernadel heraus,
und positionieren Sie sie an der ge-
wünschten Stelle.

Operation
3.1
Switching on
the thermometer
To switch the thermometer on, press the
”ON/OFF” button for at least one se-
cond.
The device will perform a system test
during which all segments are visible in
the display.
After this the measuring channel is tested.
The display shows ”38.8”.
Afterwards the first measured value will
appear in °C.
If an error message is displayed,
refer to chapter 4 ”Troubleshooting“
on page 10.
3.2
Temperature measuring
For conserving battery power, the
thermometer will switch off automa-
tically after 2 hours of operation.
Tilt the sensor needle out and place it at
the desired position.

Utilisation
3.1
Mise en marche du
thermomètre
Mettez le thermomètre en marche en
appuyant sur «ON/OFF» pendant au
moins une seconde.
L’instrument effectue un test système
pendant lequel tous les éléments de
l’écran d’affichage sont visibles.
Puis un test du canal de mesure durant
lequel s’affiche la valeur «38.8»
Enfin s’affiche la première valeur
mesurée en °C.

veuillez vous reporter au chapitre 4,
«En cas de problèmes», page 10.
3.2
Mesure de la température
Le thermomètre s’éteint automati-
quement après deux heures d’utili-
sation pour préserver la pile.
Ouvrez la sonde articulée et placez-la à
l’endroit voulu.
