Warranty
The warranty for purchased units covers replacement of an EAVE headset that fails under
normal working conditions and that can be returned to EAVE.
Accidental damage to the EAVE headset(s) that occurs during normal use is covered
in as far as if the EAVE headset failed when in use in accordance with this instruction
manual.
Lost or stolen items are not covered under the warranty.
Lost or stolen rented headsets will be charged for at purchase price.
Important Notice
EAVE does not accept liability of any kind, be it direct or consequential (including, but
not limited to, loss of profits, business and/or goodwill) arising from reliance upon
any information herein provided by EAVE. The user is responsible for determining
the suitability of the products for their intended use. Nothing in this statement will be
deemed to exclude or restrict EAVE’s liability for death or personal injury arising from
its negligence.
