Managing telephone calls
To manage a phone call, the headset must be paired with a phone with Bluetooth
capability. See above Bluetooth pairing (Linking two Bluetooth devices).
Answer a phone call
Press the multifunction button.
Reject a phone call
Press the multifunction button twice.
End a phone call
Press the multifunction button.
Batteries
Charging the battery
1. Plug the small end of the Micro USB cable into the USB socket located on the right ear
cup (A:6).
2. Plug the other end into a USB wall charger or computer that is powered on.
Checking the battery
While charging, the LED indicator holds solid red. When fully charged the LED indicator
holds solid blue. The ear defender functions for different lengths of time in different
modes:
Charge time: 3 hours for a full charge.
Passthrough mode: 50 hours on a full charge.
Bluetooth streaming mode: 20 hours on a full charge.
Phone call mode: 30 hours on a full charge.
Each time the ear defenders are powered on, a voice prompt will confirm the battery
status as “battery low” or “battery high”.
Note: The EAVE WORK MKI contains a rechargeable battery. Removal of the
rechargeable lithium-polymer 1400 mAh battery in this product should be conducted
only by a qualified professional. Please contact EAVE for further information.
Illuminated LED description
The current status of the headset can be determined by the state of the LED indicator
(Light Emitting Diode).
1. LED indicator holds solid aqua - Power on/off.
2. LED indicator flashes green and blue - Bluetooth Pairing mode.
3. LED indicator flashes green - Able to be connected to the last paired device.
4. LED indicator flashes blue - Connected to a Bluetooth Device.
5. LED indicator holds solid red - Charging.
6. LED indicator holds solid blue - Fully Charged.
7. LED indicator alternates red and blue/green - On and Charging
(Note it is not recommended to use the headset while it is charging).
