Explosive atmospheres - Part 28: Protection of equipment and
transmission systems using optical radiation. It is used in the
places, where is classified as Zone 1 and Zone 2, contained Group
IIA, Group IIB and Group IIC gases, temperature group T1~T6,
Zone 21 and Zone 22, contained the combustible dust atmosphere
or the mixture circumstance with the explosive gas atmospheres
and the combustible dust atmospheres. The product with the
characteristics of small volume, light weight, easy installation
and etc.. It can be used in petroleum, chemical, jetty, port, mine,
spaceflight, war industry and foodstuff process area and etc.

Specifc Conditions of Use
•
Repairs of the flameproof joints must be made in compliance
with the structural specifications provided by the manufacturer.
Repairs must not be made on the basis of values specified in
tables 3 and 4 of EN 60079-1.
•
