It
is
first

take

displayed
via
the
LED’s

page

Review
a

Condition)

the
Event
Recorder.
2.
Press
the
Acknowledge/Reset
soft
‐
key
(
)
to
display
the
Reset
menu.
3.
Scroll
up
or
down
to
find
the
appropriate
reset
command.
Generally,
the
Sys.Ack
RO
LED
Comm
TCmd
reset
command
at
the
top
is
the
desired
choice;
however,
caution
may
be
warranted
depending
on
the
relay
protection
scheme
since
this
command
also
resets
any
latched
relay
outputs.
A
complete
list
of
available
EDR
‐
5000
reset
actions
is
shown
in
the
PowerPort
‐
E
software
on
the
left
which
is
identical
to
the
relay
faceplate
selection
list.
4.
Press
the
wrench
soft
‐
key
(
),
then
enter
the
password
(default
is
1234),
then
press
the
Ok
soft
‐
key
(
),
then
press
a
soft
‐
key
under
Yes
(
)
to
execute
the
reset.
5.
The
Relay
Outputs,
LED’s,
Communications,
and
Trip
Command
will
all
be
reset
UNLESS
a
trip
or
pickup
condition
still
exists.
If
necessary,
review
and
clear
the
fault
conditions
displayed
via
the
LED’s
from
the
process
on
page
1.
(i.e.
Loss
of
Utility
voltage
may
cause
an
undervoltage
[27]
trip.
Utility
voltage
must
return
to
normal
before
the
condition
can
be
acknowledged
/
reset.)
