DO NOT install the UPS or EBM in a hermetically−closed environment without any
exchange of air.

The UPS and EBM are heavy (see page 65): 1) Eaton strongly recommends to remove the
battery tray from the UPS before lifting. 2) A minimum of two people are required to lift
the cabinets into the rack.

NOTE  

The rails and the necessary mounting hardware are supplied by Eaton.

To install the rail kit:

1.

Adjust the UPS control panel orientation by slightly pulling out the
control panel and rotating it 90

°

 counterclockwise (see Figure 4).
