T WO YEAR LIMITED WARRANT Y
The EatSmart warranty covers defects in material and workmanship
of the product under normal use for a period of two (2) years from
the date of retail purchase. The warranty does not cover damages
resulting from misuse, abuse, immersion, normal wear and tear or
unauthorized modification.
Should this thermometer require service (or replacement at our
option) while under warranty, please contact EatSmart for return
authorization and troubleshooting.

warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to
