4. To adjust tray height, loosen knob on the back 

of unit and set to desired position. Tighten knob 

securely.

6. To swing the tray away, loosen knob on one side 

only until you are able to swing tray away. 

Swing tray away to allow for transfers. 

5. To adjust the tray depth, loosen the knob under 

the table, set to desired position. Tighten knob 

securely.

10. Remove 2 small knobs and washers from the 

parts bag. Place washer onto the tray bracket as 

shown.

11. Place knob onto tray bracket, only start the 

threads, you will tighten the knob later on. Repeat 

steps for other side of the tray bracket.

12. Using 2 bolts from the parts bag, place the 

supine upper body support pad (with strap) onto 

the unit as shown. Insert 2 bolts and tighten 

securely.
