Setting and maintaining the room temperature
By setting the thermostat control

, you can keep the room temperature at
relatively the same level. To do so, proceed as follows:
1. Turn the thermostat control counterclockwise up to the stop point.
You have set the lowest temperature.
2. Turn the thermostat control clockwise up to the stop point.
You have set the highest temperature.
If you would like to set and maintain a specific room temperature, proceed as
follows:

to select a heat setting.
The indicator lights for the active switches will illuminate.
5. Turn the thermostat control

clockwise up to the stop point (=

6. Wait until a pleasant room temperature has been reached.
7. Now turn the thermostat control counterclockwise until the indicator lights
on the On/Off switches go out.
Leave the thermostat control in this position.
The convection heater now automatically switches on and off in order to main-
tain the room temperature.
NOTICE
If the ambient temperature changes considerably e.g.
because a door is left open for a prolonged period, the setting
must be performed again as described.
8. Move the sliding switch on the timer to in order to switch the convection
heater off. Pull the power plug out of the socket if you are not using the con-
vection heater for a prolonged period.
Controlling heating times with the timer
You can use the timer

to set the time for heating. For this, pull the corre-
sponding segments on the clock out. The convection heater will then switch on
and off at the set times.
