• Repairs or inspections were conducted
by others than a certified service partner
of Easy Caravanning B.V.
• The warranty certificate is not received,
filled out completely and signed, by the
manufacturer within 30 days after the
date of delivery.
• The prescribed annual servicing is not or
not timely carried out.
• Permanent habitation pertains.
• Consequential damage and/or indirect
costs that were caused by a defective
part.
Modifications and accessories third parties
This warranty is not applicable to the accesso-
ries applied by service partners, service centres
recognised by Easy Caravanning B.V. or other
modifications that were not applied by the
manufacturer.
For those, the warranty terms of the relevant
supplier and/or installer apply. This warranty
applies to the exclusion of all other guarantees
or liabilities that have not been expressly
established in writing,
not even if such were customary until that
time, leaving unaffected the legal rights of the
customer. No type of announcement, descrip-
tion, or condition in the Netherlands or abroad,
comprised in any catalogue, advertisement, or
publication whatsoever can count as an
addition or modification to or a replacement
of this warranty.
Transferability warranty terms
The rights flowing from these warranty terms
are transferable, on condition all terms and/
or provisions have been met and the sale and
transfer have been announced in writing to
Easy Caravanning B.V. within one month.
Warranty from third parties on behalf of Easy
Caravanning B.V.
The service partners or service centres recog-
nised by Easy Caravanning B.V. do not have the
right to enter into any agreement or to provide
any guarantee on behalf of Easy Caravanning
B.V. other than the present warranty.
Compensation of damage in case of
concealed matters
The buyer is not entitled to compensation on
grounds of concealed matters, nor in case of
positive breach of contract or unlawful actions,
unless they are based on the wilful intent or
gross negligence of the dealer or his substitute
or on non-compliance with obligations.
Warranty claims solely for restoral or
replacement
The warranty exclusively comprises the free
of charge restoral or replacement of defective
parts. Further claims are not applicable.
