Warranty
1.
The warranty for the machine will be offered within one year stating from the date of the commercial
invoice. When filing the each claim the buyer must provide details of problem and serial number with
clear pictures or video. Eastsign shall not be liable to honor the terms of this warranty if the product has
been used in any application other than that for which it was intended, or if it has been subjected to
misuse, abuse, accidental damage, modification, improper wiring, improper repair, incorrect repair or
improper installation procedures.
2.
If the machine is under warranty, parts will be provided free, the buyer will be responsible for the
shipping cost.
3.
If the machine is not under warranty, parts and shipping cost will be charged.
