EAE

 

products

associated

 

safety

operating

the

 

property

 

of

 

EAE

 

or

 

its

 

supplier,

protected

 

against

and

 

other

 

domestic

 

legislation.

 

The

 

reproduction

 

or

 

disclosure

 

of

 

instructions

extract

EAE

 

reserves

 

the

 

right

 

or

 

initiates

Warranty

 

The

 

use

 

of

 

non

approved

 

hardware

 

will

 

result

 

in

 

a

 

modification

 

of

 

our

 

products

 

and

 

thus

 

to

 

the

 

exclusion

 

of

 

any

 

liability

 

or

 

warranty,

 

even

 

if

 

such

 

hardware

 

has

 

been

 

removed

 

again

 

in

 

the

 

interim.

   

It

 

is

 

not

 

permissible

 

to

 

make

 

any

 

changes

 

to

 

our

 

products

 

and

 

these

 

are

 

not

 

only

 

to

 

be

 

used

 

together

 

with

 

genuine

 

accessories

 

and

 

genuine

 

replacement

 

parts.

 

Otherwise

 

any

 

warranty

 

claims

 

will

 

be

 

invalid.

   

Liability

   

The

 

liability

 

of

 

EAE

 

is

 

limit

 

to

 

the

 

amount

 

that

 

the

 

customer

 

has

 

actually

 

paid

 

for

 

this

 

product.

 

This

 

exclusion

 

of

 

liability

 

does

 

not

 

apply

 

to

 

damages

 

caused

 

through

 

willful

 

misconduct

 

or

 

gross

 

negligence

 

on

 

the

 

part

 

of
