The only difference in hardware between the three models is the front panel.
•
The SMART model has:
an internal LS,
an internal ambient microphone,
an internal private microphone,
a push–to–talk button,
an emergency push button,
an on/off/volume knob,
a selector knob,
an LCD display with lighting system,
a 21–key keypad with 18 LEDs,
a twin–colour LED.

The EASY+ model has:
an internal LS,
an internal ambient microphone,
a push–to–talk button,
an emergency push button,
an on/off/volume knob,
a selector knob,
an LCD display with lighting system,
a 9–key keypad with 6 LEDs,
a twin–colour LED.

The EASY model has:
an internal LS,
an internal ambient microphone,
a push–to–talk button,
an emergency push button,
an on/off/volume knob,
a selector knob,
a twin–colour LED.
The handportable hardware consists of several operational assemblies the main one of
which is the box, the handportable’s “backbone” acting as a shield for the TETRAPOL
module and anchor point for the other assemblies.
The front panel, battery pack and rear cover are made of plastic which is light and attractive.
The material on the lower part and antenna socket is twin coloured to protect against falls
and for ease of handling.
