Result: The difference in specific gravity
readings between cells is greater than 0.1
OR the specific gravity of one or more cells
is less than 1.177. Replace the battery.
11 Check the battery acid level. If needed,
replenish with distilled water to 3 mm
below the bottom of the battery fill tube. Do
not overfill.
12 Install the vent caps and neutralize any
electrolyte that may have spilled.

13 The connection between the electrode and
the data should be fastened. There should
be no dirt, metal dust or other dirt at the
connection. If there is any, compressed air
should be used to clean it
14 Make sure the battery is reliable and stable
15 The battery pack should not be cracked,
bulging, deformed, pole loose and other
abnormal conditions
16 Battery voltage, temperature and other
states should also be checked before use
to ensure that all values are within the
normal range before starting up for use
17 It is forbidden to use the battery over
discharge to ensure that the cell voltage of
the unit is not lower than 2V
