• STARTING / STOPPING THE GRINDER
NOTE:
Please do not put your finger on trigger of applied
tools to avoided activate trigger by accidently.
1. Install the battery.
2. To prevent the trigger from accidentally pulled, the
lock-off button are provided.
3. To start the tool, depress the lock-off button (A) and
then pull trigger (B). Tool speed is increased by
increasing pressure on the switch trigger. (Fig. 9)
4. To turn off the machine you can simply release the
trigger.
• SPEED FUNCTION SELECTION
1. Speed "+" button and speed "-" button is used to
adjust the position and rotation speed (RPM), which
can be applied to different applications. Please pay
attention!! When the tool is running, the speed cannot
be switched.
2. Before selecting the required speed, please press
the switch board and start the tool power. At this time,
the remaining battery power is displayed. After 3
seconds, when the purple light on the right is on, it is
the speed signal.
WARNING!!
When the red light on the right side is
flashing, it is a malfunction.
3. Press the speed segment setting button "+", the
speed segment will increase, press the button "-"
button, the speed segment will decrease.
• OPERATION
The key to efficient operating is controlling the pressure
and surface contact between the wheel and workpiece
(Fig. 10). Flat surfaces are ground at an acute angle,
usually at a 10 to 20 angle with the work piece. (Fig. 11)
Too great an angle causes concentration of pressure on a
small area which may gouge or burn work surface.

Keep wheel guard in place to
avoid possible serious injury.
WARNING:
When using a depressed center
wheel the wheel guard must be fitted on
the tool so that the closed side of the guard
always points toward the operator.
