Note: H980 Series 3G Router’s LAN port is designed with self-adaptive cross connect 

technology, so the straight-through cable or cross cable can be both applied to connect 
devices for communication. 

3.2.2.2 LAN connection method   

When it is required to connect H980 Series 3G Router to local network through HUB or 

switch, connect the hub or switch out-link port with any one of its switch ports as shown 

in the figure below.
