EVO User Manual

Obtaining Warranty Service  All Warranty repair work shall be performed by E. I. Medical Imaging’s employees at 
the factory or by an Authorized Service Center.  In the event that the Product requires service, please contact E.I. 
Medical Imaging, or other authorized service provider, to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.  
This number must accompany your Product upon return in order to obtain service on your unit.  You the 
purchaser are responsible FOR ALL FREIGHT CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH WARRANTY SERVICE.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific Legal Rights; you may also have other rights which vary from state to 
state.
