Additional information can be added into the visit record by using the on-screen keyboard within the NOTES 
section (Fig 36).

The right side of the screen offers additional options after the examination:  

 

Replays the DYSIS exam (all the sequential images that 

were automatically captured for the mapping). 

 

Allows the user to draw freehand on the DYSIS 

touchscreen. 

 

Allows the user to view and customize the visit report. 

 

Exports the entire visit to a USB or network location. 

 

A record of any additional information entered after the 

patient record had been closed. 

 

Guidance for the clinician. 

 

Save all data and exit the patient visit record.
