IMPORTANT NOTE:

Test the security of the handlebar stem within the steer tube of the front fork by clamping the

front wheel between your knees and trying to move the stem from side to side. The handlebar should not move

independent from the front wheel when applying pressure.

You can adjust the handlebar height and angle with the adjustable stem.
1. Loosen the stem bolt and plate underneath the stem, and adjust the stem to the desired angle and position.
2. Re-tighten the plate with the clamp bolt.
