Troubleshooting
If your ECE flood lamp is not responding as expected, please refer to the troubleshooting table below.
NOTE:
When contacting Dymax, an authorized Dymax
distributor, or manufacturer’s representative, be
sure to know and provide the following:
Model number of equipment in question.
Serial number of equipment in question.
Product number of the adhesive in question (if applicable).
Lot number of the adhesive in question (if applicable).
All returns to Dymax must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This number
must be obtained from a Dymax Customer Service Representative.
