product quality commitment
All products are tested and inspected carefully, to ensure that the products no material
and assembly defects before delivery.
We provide a year of quality assurance for the product, if the product is confirmed to exist in
manufacturing defects, we will provide timely replacement service. Any warranty claim,
distributors can direct contact, for end user, please kindly dealer in local, we will make you
satisfied.
Note:
the warranty does not apply to any accident, does not apply to DIY, neglect, abuse,
caused by the fire damage, and repaired by others out of star dealer.
In addition, consumables (wheels, rubber blade, rubber strips, brush, pad holder) is not
in the scope of warranty.
Battery is a special commodity, related to the operation of the standard use, the warranty period
is 6 months.
