Steps

1. The problem

with Flywheel is rare and

usually

the

noise

is

caused

by

the

belt

which

is

not adjusted

correctly

or not

assem

bled

properly

that further causes

m

isalignm

ent.

Follow

the procedure to

release the Flywheel and belt to make
adjustment,

as

shown

in

figure1.

2. If the Flywheel is m

aking noises,

check if noises

are

due

to

foreign

m

aterials

or rubbing. If adjustm

ent

is

im

possible, replace the Flywheel with

a new one, as shown in figures

2

and

3.
