4.7.5 Format
Use this function to format the current storage media. This format
action will delete everything on the media.
1. Turn on the video camera and press the MODE button to
display the SETUP mode.
2. Press the joystick up/down to highlight the Format
option. Press the center joystick button to display the
submenu.
3. Press the joystick left/right to select the cross or tick icon,
and press the center joystick button to confirm.
4. The current media (memory card or internal memory) is
formatted.
5. Press the MENU button to return to the main menu.
