VENTILATED ANCHOR PLATE WITH LENGTH (APVL)
The APVL support has the same use as the APV, but is easier to assemble
(See
Figure 50
). Refer to the APV for all warnings/details, except for the
installation of the part itself.
For the Model DSLD no outer wall is supplied. It is the Outer Band (BSE)
that serves as the outer wall.
For the Model DSLS, it is assembled exactly like flange-to-flange assembly
with the V-Band (BSI) (See JOINT ASSEMBLY Section). Do only Step One for DSLS (
See
Figure 51
)
For the Model DSLD, the part doesn’t have any outer wall, but Outer
Band (BSE) is provided to secure the insulation on the part. See
Figure 51, 52 & 53
for the three steps to install the DSLD.

For vertical installation, small brackets must be on the bottom side when
the bottom Outer Band will be installed, these Brackets will hold the
Casing Band (BSE) right to the support plates. See
Figure 53
