from the date of purchase.

returned to Battery-Biz. This guarantee does not apply to damage from misuse or abuse
beyond normal usage. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state. Should any device be damaged by this
product due to defects in the product arising from faulty materials or workmanship,
Battery-Biz will repair or replace (at our option) the device, provided both device and
product usage instructions have been followed.
