5 Trouble shooting

Only the STRENGTH LEDs
glow
You are aiming at the
wrong satellite.
Turn the antenna further until the
QUALITY LEDs also light up
All LEDs are off. The Sat-finder has no
supply voltage.
Check whether the receiver or multi-
switch
connected to the “DC 13/18V”
connection
is switched on.
Antenna is turned,
however the Sat-finder
shows no peaks.
Antenna inclination not
set
correctly or direction
incorrect.
Check the settings
and alignment of the antenna
as described under point 3.2.
Smartphone wants to pair via
Bluetooth
Do not pair. Close the window prompt
and connect via the app. See 4.2

Ensure that Bluetooth® is activated
on your smartphone. The Sat-finder
must be supplied with a voltage

please think of the environment.
There are recyclable materials in the SAT finder.
Take an active part in protecting the environment, by ensuring that your old device is disposed
of in an environmentally-friendly manner.
Therefore, take your device to an official collection or recycling point.
Your local government or city council will provide you with information about just collection
points near you. This device is registered at the Elektro-Altgeräte Register [Electrical Used
Equipment Register] foundation in terms of § 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1, § 17 paragraph 1 and 2
ElektroG in conjunction with the notice of award of the German Federal Environmental Agency.
