Coverall complies with requirements

for Category III Partial Body (PB) personal protective equipment according to European legislation, Regulation (EU) 2016/425. Type-examination and

quality assurance certificates were issued by SGS Fimko Oy, P.O. Box 30 (Särkiniementie 3), 00211 HELSINKI, Finland, identified by the EC Notified Body

number 0598.

Indicates compliance with European standards for chemical protective clothing.

Partial-body protection achieved by this coverall

defined by the European standards for chemical protective clothing: EN 13034:2005 + A1:2009 Type PB [6].

RISKS AGAINST WHICH THE PRODUCT IS DESIGNED TO PROTECT:

This coverall only provides partial body protection and

is intended for use in applications with frontal exposures to protect those parts of the body exposed to risk. It is designed to help protect workers from

hazardous substances, or sensitive products and processes from contamination by people.

LIMITATIONS OF USE

: This garment and/or fabrics are not flame resistant and should not be used around heat, open flame, sparks or in potentially

flammable environments. The fabrics melt at about 135°C. Exposure to certain very fine particles, intensive liquid sprays and splashes of hazardous

substances may require coveralls of higher mechanical strength and barrier properties than those offered by this coverall. According to the European

standard (EN 13034:2005 + A1:2009 (Type PB [6])) for Chemical Protective Clothing Category III: This coverall offers partial body protection and has not

been tested according to the whole suit low level spray test (EN ISO 17491-4:2008 Method A). The user must ensure suitable reagent to garment

compatibility before use. This coverall is not suitable for use with some chemicals and hazardous agents. The zipper of this coverall must be fully

secured and sleeves and pants’ legs must extend to fully cover wrists and ankles. Ensure a proper fit of the garment when using the thumb hole.

Note: Only the body front, leg front, arms and collar are made with Tyvek® fabric.

The back material does not provide chemical liquid or particle

protection to the wearer. Avoid any contamination on the back. Please ensure you have a safety procedure in place in case of liquid sprays or splashes onto the

back body part.

FITTING

: Care should be taken on donning and doffing so that this coverall performs its foreseen intended use after donning and doffing.

This coverall does not offer antistatic performance to the wearer according to EN 1149-5:2008. This coverall shall not be used whilst in presence of flammable

or explosive atmospheres or while handling flammable or explosive substances. It is the user’s responsibility to determine the level of risk in a particular

environment and the proper personal protection equipment needed. Please ensure that you have chosen the garment suitable for your job. Contact your

employer for more information on this product and specific chemical agents. For advice, please contact your supplier or DuPont. Serious injury may occur

from improper use of this product. The user shall perform a risk analysis upon which he shall base his choice of PPE. He shall be the sole judge for the selection

and correct combination of this coverall and ancillary equipment (gloves, boots, respiratory protective equipment etc.) and for how long this coverall can

be worn on a specific job with respect to its performance, wear comfort or heat stress. Because conditions of use are outside of our control, DUPONT MAKES
