It reverses the sensor operating direction.
SSI:RES (signal resolution)

This command defines the sensor signal resolution.
Data entry has a resolution of 10 nm (nanometres or 0,01 µm). This means that if the sensor is
1 µm resolution the value should be set to 100. This makes possible to scale rotational sensors.

SSI:BITS (number of bits)
