Pressing the
key when the standard display (see Display 1) is showing
displays, along with the software version, the date of the next sched

uled service: both the next check and the next replacement (see Dis-
play 10).
Info
When the appliance is used for the very first time, ex works,
the second line of this display may show just minuses instead
of the dates. If this is the case, wait for up to 45 minutes, for
the appliance to initialize completely. Then the minuses will
convert to the next scheduled check and replacement dates.
3.2.8 Enabling an Audible Alarm in Case of Extraction Airflow Error
When the “Airflow Signal” submenu was selected, the
,
cursor keys
are used to select the desired behavior of the audible alarm signal that
sounds with an extraction airflow error indicated on the screen. The se

lected item is saved and applied when you press START/SET.
The “No Delay” item means that the alarm will sound immediately when
an error message appears on the screen. By selecting “Off,” you disable
the alarm sound altogether. The time items (30 sec, 1 min, 1.5 min, 2 min,
3 min), when selected, will trigger the sound with a delay of 30 sec or
1 min etc. from the moment the error message is displayed.
3.3 Potential-free (“Dry”) Contacts
An error condition causes two normally open, potential-free contacts to
be closed; for individually locating errors, their closure can be recorded
at the switching panel from the backside of the enclosure (see above).
Confirming the error and its correction by pressing the START/SET key
(see Sect. 3.1) causes the two contacts to be reset (i.e., opened).
Important
The potential-free circuit (only one contact reproduced in the
diagram) is designed for
max. 24 V, 2 A
. If these values were
exceeded, the unit may be irrevocably destroyed. Additionally, any
