• The device must only be connected to a mains
voltage of 230 V~/50 Hz. Never operate the device
with a different voltage.
• Only connect the power supply unit after
installation has been completed in accordance with
the regulations.
• Check the device for damage.
• Do not use the device if its power supply unit is
faulty or if the device is damaged in any other way.
• The device remains connected to the mains even
when it is switched off. Unplug the power supply
unit from the socket if the device is not to be used
for a longer period of time.
• Do not pull the power supply unit out of the socket
by its cable.
• To avoid the risk of fire and electric shock, do not
expose the device to rain or other moisture.
• Do not operate the device near bathtubs,
swimming pools or splashing water.
• Do not place any sources of naked flame on the
device (e.g. burning candles).
• Do not place any containers with liquid on the
device (e.g. flower vases). They could fall over and
the leaking liquid can cause considerable damage
or risk of electric shock.
• Foreign objects must not be allowed to get inside
the device (e.g. needles, coins, etc.).
• If foreign objects or liquid get into the device,
immediately disconnect the mains plug from the
socket. Have the device checked by qualified
specialist personnel before putting it back into
operation. Otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.
• Repairs and maintenance work may only be carried
out by the customer service or by specialist
personnel authorised by the manufacturer.
Improper repairs can cause considerable danger to
the user.
• Never attempt to repair a defective device yourself.

• Do not open the device under any circumstances.

• Do not touch the connection contacts with metallic
objects or fingers. This can result in short circuits.

unsupervised.
