Inserting / changing batteries
1. Push the battery cover in the direction of the arrow and
then take it off.
2. Insert four 1.5 V batteries, type AA. In the process, ensure
that they are arranged with the correct polarity (+/–).
3. Slide the cover of the battery compartment back into
place. Make sure that you feel and hear it lock into place.

If your tin has an opening ring, open the
bottom
of the tin with the tin opener and
not the top.
•
The cutting blade will not work if it is not properly positioned on the edge of the tin.
•
The tin opener cuts on the tin lid edge. This prevents sharp edges from forming!
1. Place the cutting blade on the edge of the tin from
the outside as shown. For this, the tin opener must be
located on the lid (see figure).
2. Push the On/Off button. The motor will activate and the
tin opener will cut open the lid.
3. Once the cutting blade has run around the edge of the
tin, the motor may be deactivated. For this, push the On/
Off button again.
4. Take the tin opener off of the tin. The lid will be removed directly by the magnet on the
bottom of the tin opener.

Before cleaning the cutting blade, take the batteries out of the tin opener.

Do not use any scouring or abrasive cleaners or cleaning pads to clean the product.

The product is

suitable for the dishwasher!

If needed, clean the cutting blade and the casing with a damp cloth and if necessary, using a
small amount of cleaner. Then dry them with a soft cloth.

Store the product in a dry, clean area that is not accessible to children.
