Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare beds contain a variety of parts that wear from normal use. Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare’s
responsibility under this warranty is limited to supplying replacement parts, servicing or replacing, at its option, which are
found to be faulty by Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare. For warranty replacement, Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare may request that
broken parts be sent back to them for evaluation. A credit will be issued only after the inspection and determination of
cause.
SERVICE
A majority of service requests can be handled by the local Distributor/Provider’s maintenance department with assistance
from Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare tech support. If a Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare technician is required, one will be provided
by Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare at our discretion.
Most parts can be shipped next day air at the customer’s expense.
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the equipment.
