Setting minimum programming

The  oven  thermostat  has  a  screw  for  regulating  the  minimum  programming
accessible  by  removing  the  thermostat  knob.  When  the  gas  type  is  changed,  the
minimum programming must be adjusted in accordance with these specifications:

Turn  the  oven  burner  and  hold  operation  at

high temperatures for 10 to 15 minutes with the
door  closed.  Then  turn  the  knob  to  the
minimum  temperature,  remove  the  knob  and
use  a  flat  screwdriver  to  adjust.  First,  turn  the
knob  towards  clockwise  with  hand  then  forces
the clock to adjust the flame. Natural gas must
rotate one circle as 1/8 circle for LPG.

When  using  butane  gas,  the  adjusting  screw

must  be  turned  fully  clockwise.  The  diameter  of  the  bypass  is  indicated  at
point "5.2 Data Table burners and knobs".

When  using  natural  gas,  adjust  screw  so  that  when  the  thermostat  knob  is

turned  from  minimum  to  maximum,  the  flame  always  remains  stable  and
uniform.  Close  the  oven  door  and  verify  that  the  burner  remains  lit  at  the
minimum setting.

Changing nozzle

Remove the screw A in the oven burner.

Move  the  burner  out  until  the  nozzle  is

accessible.

Using  a  wrench  to  change  the  nozzle  7,

adjusting  the  correct  type  of  gas  used.  (See
table 5.2 Burner and nozzle).
