Setting minimum programming
The oven thermostat has a screw for regulating the minimum programming
accessible by removing the thermostat knob. When the gas type is changed, the
minimum programming must be adjusted in accordance with these specifications:
Turn the oven burner and hold operation at
high temperatures for 10 to 15 minutes with the
door closed. Then turn the knob to the
minimum temperature, remove the knob and
use a flat screwdriver to adjust. First, turn the
knob towards clockwise with hand then forces
the clock to adjust the flame. Natural gas must
rotate one circle as 1/8 circle for LPG.
When using butane gas, the adjusting screw
must be turned fully clockwise. The diameter of the bypass is indicated at
point "5.2 Data Table burners and knobs".
When using natural gas, adjust screw so that when the thermostat knob is
turned from minimum to maximum, the flame always remains stable and
uniform. Close the oven door and verify that the burner remains lit at the
minimum setting.
Changing nozzle
Remove the screw A in the oven burner.
Move the burner out until the nozzle is
accessible.
Using a wrench to change the nozzle 7,
adjusting the correct type of gas used. (See
table 5.2 Burner and nozzle).
