Before making the connection
:
• The electrical safety of the appliance can only be guaranteed if the oven is
grounded correctly and efficiently in compliance with electrical safety
regulations. Always ensure that grounding is efficient; if you have any
questions call a qualified technician to check the system. The
manufacturer will not be held liable for damage resulting from a system
that has not been grounded.
• Before connecting the appliance to the mains, check that the
characteristics indicated on the appliance (on the appliance and / or
packaging) correspond to those of your household electrical system.
• Check that the electrical capacity of the system and sockets will withstand
the maximum power of the unit, as indicated on the data plate. If you have
any questions, please call a technician.
• If the plug and power outlet are not compatible, have the outlet replaced
by an approved model by a qualified technician. The latter, in particular,
will also have to ensure that the cross section of the tapping cables is
appropriate for the power absorbed by the apparatus. The use of
adapters, multiple sockets or extensions is not recommended. If your use
can not be avoided, remember to use only single or multiple adapters and
extensions that meet current safety standards. In these cases, never
exceed the maximum current rating indicated on the single adapter or
extension and the maximum power indicated on the multiple adapter
• The plug and socket outlet must be easily accessible.
