Ambient Mode
1. Touch the left earbud again to listen to ambient sound
while listening to music.
2. You can block ambient sound by touching the left earbud
once.
Howling may occur if the Noise Cancellation feature is
turned on and the external microphone and its
surroundings are covered.
Noise Cancellation may not have a clear effect in a quiet
space, and you may still hear some noise due to the
microphone.
Depending on the ambient conditions and audio volume,
you may not be able to hear ambient noise even if
Ambient Mode is turned on.
When Ambient Mode is turned on, depending on your
surroundings, the wind noise can be too loud, making it
difficult to hear music.
If the earbuds are not worn correctly, Ambient Mode
may not function properly. Rotate the earbuds and
carefully push them a little deeper into your ears. Be
careful not to cover the microphone.
Even when Ambient Mode is turned on, it may be
difficult to hear ambient sound. Do not use the earbuds
in high-traffic areas such as roads with cars and
bicycles where you need to be able to hear ambient
noise for safety purposes.
Covering the microphone with your hand may cause
malfunction or generate a beep.
When using the earbuds in a train or a car, noise may
occur depending on the environment.
Mobile devices may cause interference or noise. In this
case, move your earbuds farther away from your mobile device.
