TROUBLESHOOT
1 . It's not working.

Plug in right power supply as specified in operation manual. Switch on the
“Instrument” and “Touch Screen LCD”

Check the jewellery /diamond tray to see if it is properly locked and then close the
door

Start the S/W and wait until the machine gets initialized.

Press “Home Button” in the s/w to bring the tray to center position

Press tray to eject and pull it out gently to mount jewellery /diamond

Wear gloves while mounting jewellery so as to keep it free from masking , coating
,greasy or dusty surface

For testing diamonds make sure that diamonds are properly boiled at 250 degree
Celsius for 30 minutes with solution mix h2so4 30% and hno3 70%

Press the tray inside until it gets locked and make sure that the front door is closed

Start the scan process

This instrument is developed to identify lab grown synthetic diamonds only
2. I have lab grown synthetic diamonds, but some of the stones aren't
detected by J.Secure.

Make sure you have followed all operation instructions.

We too while testing have faced such scenario, after deep analysis we found that
these diamonds are not synthetic but natural diamonds

There are chances that they were accidentally replaced during manufacturing
process or grading process

They may be possibly coloured diamonds

They might not be properly cleaned or masked.

Scan it one more time, if result achieved is same, click on “Help” button in S/W and
our technical team will provide you necessary assistance
3. My diamonds are natural but J-Secured detects few stones as synthetics.

Make sure you have followed all operation instructions.

