CALIBRATION
J. is programmed to automatically calibrate at runtime of the scan process but to check the
proper running of entire system we strongly advise to check the sample pendant that is provided
with the machine every time the software is started or is initialized in the beginning
Method to check the sample pendant
1.
Click the Software icon on LCD desktop ,start the Software and wait until the machine gets
initialized.
2.
Press Home Button in the s/w to bring the tray to centre position
3.
Open the door.
4.
Push to eject the tray and pull it out gently to mount the sample pendant
5.
Put the sample pendant on necklace tray grid number “1“ push the tray gently until it gets
locked
6.
Close the door
7.
Select the grid “1” in the software
8.
Select the manual icon to open its options
9.
Press the scan button and wait for the scan process is completed
10.
After the scan process is completed please check the result and see that that the first and
the third diamond should be detected as synthetic
11.
The above result confirms that the software is properly initialised and all the components in
the machine are working properly
12.
If there is any deviation in the result you can call our Customer Care and they will assist you
further
