There is always someone available during normal office hours to take your call, and if you
call outside of office hours please leave us a message. Someone will call you back during
the following working day.
It doesn't matter how simple your question seems to be. We know how confusing it can
be to get used to a new piece of equipment. As far as we are concerned there is no such
thing as a silly question!
